Grapefruits have around 80 calories, but I love having it as a snack when I can be a little messier because they have calorie burning benefits. The enzymes in grapefruits help increase metabolism. They’re also supposed to be an antioxidant, so you’re getting lots of good nutrients and fiber from them. Chilling them makes them even tastier-they are just a delight to eat! Besides all of that, they are incredibly DELICIOUS! I think I could eat only grapefruits for a week and not get bored like I do with other food. Breakfast: Sausage Egg Bake with Potatoes. Lunch: Dinner: Chicken, Pasta and Broccoli. Dinner: Unfortunately, I just didn’t have time to eat dinner tonight. I was so exhausted by the time I got home at 9PM (I was running on fumes with only 4 hours of sleep last night) and got this blog up that I just couldn’t fathom getting something together. Hopefully, I’ll be off to a really great sleep in a few minutes. A little fasting never hurt anyone–we Catholics do it all the time! :O) Tomorrow, I’ll have a lovely dinner photo up, I’m sure!
